Message is mostly because there is too much runout in the hub itself. The fsm allows for .005" rotor runout. This would be checked with a dial indicator set-up while the rotor is bolted to the hub.

Since installing my BBK, I've had a little more brake shake than I did with oem sized rotors. Checking the rotor runout to itself (off the car) is around .002". Checking the hub runout shows a little over .005. No matter what holes I locate the rotor to, I can't get less than .004" runout.

I have two choices to get rid of the runout: a) on-car brake lathe, or b) re-cut the hub face on a lathe. May plans are to install new wheel bearings and re-cut the hub while it is off the car.
